To Whom it may Concern, Todd Jones was referred to my father William J.
Johnson as a great realtor to work with by a friend following her purchase of a new home. My father had a lengthy meeting with Todd and called me immediately, stating that Todd was a wonderful young man and he thoroughly enjoyed their conversation. My father revealed that Todd actually took the time to know him, inquired about his life, his beliefs and his future plans. Todd also called me after the initial meeting and told me quite sincerely that he felt my Dad was one of the most admirable men he ever met. Needless to say, Todd and my father formed an instant bond. A few weeks later my Father decided to sell his home. Todd was readily available and helped us through every step in the preparation to put the house on the market, including going above and beyond by having a lengthy discussion regarding the sale of the home with a family member. As we prepared the house for sale my father was hospitalized with a significant illness. Todd checked in with him regularly, not as his realtor but as his friend and even visited with him. With Todd’s direction, dedication and his availability seven days a week we were able get the house on the market while my Dad was recovering. Once stable enough to travel we moved my father to Delaware. Todd continued to stay in touch with my Dad on a regular basis with phone calls, text messages, emails and market reports. Todd’s ability to problem solve was amazing. For example, Todd was instrumental in helping us secure new homeowners insurance for a vacant home. He obtained an appraisal for a new roof, he was available for the plumbing repairs and monitored the upkeep of the property by the lawn company. He also checked on the property following a severe storm. When my father’s health deteriorated and we realized that he may not live long enough to close on the home, Todd was able to work with the Titile company to find a way to close on the property as scheduled. One of the last things my father did before he passed was something he knew Todd needed him to do and he said as much. I truly believe he lived long enough to sign a warranty deed so the house would close because of Todd. My father passed away two days later. I have purchased three homes and I have sold three homes prior to meeting Todd. I honestly have never met anyone with his level of compassion, empathy, professionalism and knowledge in his field. I believe Todd sees his clients as real people and their homes are an extensions of them and not just a piece of property to sell. During one of the most difficult times of our lives Todd was a definite asset and a blessing. I will never be able to thank him for all that he did for my Dad and my family. Sincerely, Josephine J.
